Decided to use this quarantine time to pick up running again. I’ve managed week four and the first two runs of week 5. Anyone got any tips for tackling the dreaded week 5 run 30... 20mins non-stop 😬🏃🏻♀️

You can do it, keep a steady pace and slow down if you need to. I did this last week and felt the same. I managed it and felt fantastic afterwards 👍🏻
Hey.. as a slightly overweight 56year old non runner I just finished wk5 on Sunday. In fact I repeated the last run as my daughter who is my running buddy wasn’t able to go out on Friday. It was amazing, keep it slow and steady and remember to breathe!! I always find the first 5 mins the hardest, but after that it just happens! My dream was to run along the prom looking at the sea and we did it!! Don’t stress and worry about it, you’ve come so far already and as Jo says “ you can do it, you love running!!” Good luck 🤞
