I did it! I DID IT! The trepidation was building as I was listening to Laura lead me into my first 20 min run. Before I knew it I was half way, then only 5 minutes remaining, and voila- I DID IT! I'm not one to be boastful but, I'm going to take this moment to say I FEEL GREAT! and share this milestone with all the wonderful folks on here that inspired me thru reading the encouragement they gave to others. Thank you for helping me. I am ready to pay it forward. Good Day. Be Safe out there!

You did it, you feel great, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, as you say that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
