Ok I did it! Not feeling too great. Note to self... Make sure you eat properly a few hours before! Running along the river & didn't want to go too far up so decided on a short cut! Oh dear not one of my better ideas! At points it was like being in a horror movie running through a forest and expecting someone to jump out on me! I won’t be doing that again! Micheal said to repeat this week if I’m struggling. I’m thinking about it.....

Yeh exactly! 🤣 I’ve just gone through the next 3 weeks & I think I can do it. I think this week was a real step up in gaining stamina. Feeling tired but ok. Thanks for your kind words of support!

well done you did it though and what I always find when reading posts where things didn't quite go to plan, the runners usually work out why they weren't feeling it and now you will eat at the right time and choose a different route. Im looking forward to hearing about your week 6 adventures
