I am sooo chuffed for my self!!!

I even did a little dance in my garden, when I got back and thought.... wow.. i just finished that run!!! What a fantastic feeling!! Never did i think i would be able to run for that long without stopping... I'm over the moon... everything hurt whilst running but it really is mind over matter... I just kept thinking you can do this.. think it helped I had Pink on my music... shes a very 'you go girl' loved it!!! For anyone that is worried... you got this... my stamina over the weeks has really improved. To be honest... the moving up running for 3 minutes killed me more!! Lol

So happy!!!!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒπŸΎ 😊

Yes because then I dont dwell on the run before hand.. I just think when the coach says how long... I think well im out now lol
