Can't I believe I just ran for 16 minutes in total, feel good and looking forward to next one. I did however find it much tougher than the previous runs and was glad when finished! Hope you're all well and getting through your runs. Thanks for encouragement

I just did week 4 run 2. I agree the step up from week 3 wasn't easy especially those first 5 minutes when my legs felt like lead! But to get that one in the bag gives a real sense of achievement doesn't it? Today's run was easier and, despite being a somewhat reluctant runner, I can't wait to get run 3 done and start week 4. Wow that's brilliant we'll done. Yes definitely felt like a big achievement and I wasn't exhausted afterwards. A really good programme, c25k is working for me (so far!) hope your next run goes well. Thanks for the motivation!
Whoop!! Well done!! It’s tough isn’t it 😂 I struggled today, I had to stop for a few seconds on both 5 minute runs so Saturday I’m going to push through the pain! Well done again 💪🏻

First half ok, struggled with the second half, only ran for 2/3 mins then 3.5/5 of the second 5min run, but onwards and upwards. Try again on Sunday!

Well done! I have a few knee issues after wk 3 so resting, stretching and icing it for a few days! Will be back on Monday though to push through wk4 run 1. Good luck with run 2

I’m going out to start week 4 run 1 this morning - bit apprehensive as I found week 3 tough but managed it - such a great feeling. It’s a beautiful day and I’m going to get out there and just do it ! It’s a great programme and if my old PE teacher could see me ........!
