Was actually dreading this one - 5 minute runs!!
1st 3 min run - no problem
1st 5 min run - surprisingly it wasn’t too much
2nd 3 min run - legs beginning to ache
2nd 5 min run - legs really aching but knocked the speed down by 0.5km/hr- felt every stride but I did it!!!
Next run I have the confidence so I’ll speed it up a little.
This plan really works!
