Week 4 Run 1 - done it

Was actually dreading this one - 5 minute runs!!

1st 3 min run - no problem

1st 5 min run - surprisingly it wasn’t too much

2nd 3 min run - legs beginning to ache

2nd 5 min run - legs really aching but knocked the speed down by 0.5km/hr- felt every stride but I did it!!!

Next run I have the confidence so I’ll speed it up a little.

This plan really works!

Well done :) and thanks for the motivation. I did week 3 run 3 today and was trying to decide whether to repeat it or to go for week 4 run 1 on Thursday.... you might have just persuaded me - thank you

It really is not too bad - just reduce the speed down if you feel you need to - completing it is a fantastic feeling

Great to hear! think we are pretty similar, just finished week 2 today and was "ok" good insight and about pushing through
