Week 4 - Run 1 done!

So we bit the bullet and started week 4 on Friday. Two things shocked me about this:

- I guess I finally found my pace as I felt this was the least difficult session so far even though it was the most running.

- Something truly strange has happened to me... I got up at 6am to run. 6am!! This is very much not me. Worth it to get our run in before the day got too hot. I would recommend it.

Congratulations I’m due to do my first week 4 run tomorrow - mildly terrified would sum it my fear 🙂

Just done run 1 wk 4 tonight. You’ll be fine. I was worried beforehand too. Get some of your favourite music to run to and go for it (slowly). Don’t go off too fast. 👍

Just take it slowly and you'll be fine. Mine was a disaster. The next time I aced it,slowly. Let your body tell you. Good luck 👍🤞👍

Feeling nostalgic, this was my favourite run, the one where I realised just how well the programme works and that I could do it.

A huge well done, lots of good runs coming up for you in the next couple of weeks 😊

Well done!!

I did my first wk 4 run on Saturday and I was on such a high afterwards. It made me realise how far I have come as when I started I couldn't even run for 60 secs continuously. Have my next run today and hoping it will go okay as I am only able to get out at lunch time today due to work and child care logistics... it's going to be hot out there!
