Just off run 3 and having stretched cooling down in the back garden. I left the house at 8 am and was leaking buckets into the firs 3 minute run. ... but having started the week struggling and wondering why I was about half a K from home at the end on my usual route (hadn’t done thw matchs or noticed week three is 5 minutes shorter than 2) this morning I felt good and well paced my breathing settled I even found myself running on the next lamp post at the end of the second 3 minutes.
I was looking forward to week 4 on Tuesday then I looked at the workout... not sure Looking forward to is the right phrase anymore!
Any tips?

Well done! I felt very warm on my run today and was red as a tomato when I got home! Felt good to sweat though; felt even better to shower off after!
Don't ever look ahead to the next run and feel daunted! The programme is so carefully thought out, and it works, so whatever the next run is, you CAN do it, okay? You have been preparing for it. Just take it slow, and chant to yourself "I can do this, I AM doing this!"
Just keep going - you will do it. What I’ve learnt is- don’t panic, try and relax into it, get your breathing steady, don’t worry about speed or distance yet and try and think about something rather than what you’re doing- although this sounds weird it really helps me. I listen to music too.
