A nice end to the week

Despite having done C25K before I was not looking forward to this Week 4 plan at the end of last week.

However even though I know the plan and trust it, it did not fail to suprise me!

Week 4 is now firmly under my belt.

Run 1 was fine with no big issues but following a lack of sleep Tue/Wed my midweek Run 2 was looking in danger - at one point I considered postponing it having felt like I got a substandard night's sleep. But I went out anyway and plodded along.

I ended up running much slower than usual and got myself through Run 2. Given all the messages about keeping it nice and slow it's a surpise that I have not learnt that lesson by now.

Run 3 now also tucked away I can relax and look forward to getting another week done starting Monday.

Happy Running every one and don't forget to keep it nice and slow and steady πŸ˜ƒπŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ

Good to hear this Richard7 , you're making steady, consistent progress and learning along the way. That's a recipe for success, isn't it? :)
