Hey everyone, I’ve finished week two today, my sixth run and in the snow! I wouldn’t have believed anyone if they’d told me 3 months ago I could run, let alone in the bitter cold whilst it’s snowing! I actually enjoyed it and I’m proving myself wrong every time.
I’m looking forward to longer runs in time but am committed to following the programme so I give myself the best chance of completing it successfully.
I’m 45 and up to now exercise phobic! Hopefully that’s changing now - I’m even looking at new running shoes!!
Hopefully you’re all getting out what you want from c25k, have a great week; I’m looking forward to week 3!!
Cheers
Jamie

Well done! I’m on a rerun having had to stop at W4R2 in early Nov with Achilles injury but I’m back at it now and about to go W4R3 tomorrow ( I started again and didn’t just pick up where left off!) it’s a bit addictive isn’t it even for runaphobics in their 50s which is me! Good luck!
