Went out full of energy. 5 minutes of running and stopped. First time that has happened.

Was it wobbly knee or Iron Maiden Loneliness of the long distance runner blasting in my ears? 😉

Tomorrow is another day and tune 😂🏃‍♀️

I did W7 R2 yesterday as well and it was a real struggle. I did manage to keep going but all I could think about was how much I wanted to stop. I’v been running every 2 days so I’m going to take an extra day off to give me a bit more recovery time.
