Well after my false start on Thursday (did the run, didn’t log it! 🙈) Run 1 officially saved. Going to have a couple of days off then go again on Tuesday. Glad I’m on my way!

You have just made the most important step. Week 1 run 1 is the hardest. Once you put your trainers on again on Tuesday, you will have taken the second most important step: making running a habit.

Well done I did mine yesterday and I’m planning on going again Monday. Good luck

If you’ve run it twice now, you’re entitled to press play on run 2 and skip through it.

Great job on run one/two... if you decide to call it run one that’s cool, every run strengthens you so you’ll be one run stronger.

Hey! Running is on hold at the mo. I’ve signed up for something called the Kiltwalk. It’s a Scottish thing where you can walk different distances for charity. I’m signed on for the full bifta which is 26 miles. It takes place in June so am officially in training. Been good though, did a couple of 15ks last week and a feee shorter ones. My best friend died of cancer last October, so am walking for the unit that looked after him. It’s a good motivation to get out and going! I’ll start this again in June though, I’d done two weeks and was enjoying it, I just don’t have the time for everything just now.

That sounds fantastic and a good way to remember your friend. My BF died 3 1/2 yrs ago from the big C. Although I am doing this for my 60th I will run 5k on her birthday which is 3 days after mine. I will also eat s CurlyWurly as she loved them 😊

Good Luck with the Kiltwalk 👍

That’s a lovely thing to do! My chum was also massively partial to chocolate, so much so that at his funeral they had a chocolate break! All the best with your 5k and enjoy your curlywurly!

I hate chocolate! She would be very amused 🍫

Take care 😉
