Just joined the group. Have just completed week 3. I am 57 and have not done any proper exercise for about 10 years. Trying to get myself ready for week 4. Just seen the programme. (gulp).

Stick with it i am 55 and had not done much exercise struggled at the beginning but have made it to week 8! Had to repeat some runs and some days still a struggle but amazed I can now run 28 minutes non stop.Stay positive stay strong you will make it

Week 4 was my favourite week, after feeling unable to complete even a 60 second run in week 1. I am 51 and did little exercise before this (just completed week 5). Good luck with week 4 x
