Hi, well done! I’m at exactly the same stage in the programme as you, W5R3 due on Tuesday. Can’t wait to do it! Excited, but also a bit nervous. Pretty sure I’ll be exhausted towards the end, but determined to keep going. Let us know how you get on?

I’m finding I get stronger after half way! I think it’s called muscle memory! I’ve not really had any pain that didn’t settle after the rest day! The plan deffo seems to be working! Hope I haven’t jinxed myself! 😲
Hi, I think in the early weeks I was too focused on how difficult I thought it would be, based on the uphill (sometimes literally!) struggle from week one, when I thought future weeks were way out of reach. Now, I’ve re-set my mind to put the past weeks behind me and focus on what I’m achieving now. It makes each of the next new runs seem much more achievable - after all, if my current level is run/brisk walk/run for a total of 21 mins without too much mishap on W5R2, then I feel I’m set up to manage 20mins of running on W5R3 😀. Shall we all check in again after 5/3 to see how it went?
Yes, definitely check in! It will give us a glimpse of what’s to come, further along! I can’t believe how much I look forward to my run day!
