Week 5 Run 2

I’m buzzing! It’s a such a beautiful day and I ran for 16 whole minutes! 4 weeks ago I was struggling to run for just 1 minute so it goes to show that this programme really does work. If you are thinking of getting onboard with C25K then go for it! Now is a better time than ever - here in the UK we are granted one form of outdoor exercise each day so it really makes you appreciate each run and to make each run count 🌈

Wonderful post CR and a beautiful piccie showing those Yorkshire charms 👍 And you, yes you just ran for a brilliant 16 minutes proof that c25k is a journey that everyone thinking of running should get off the sofa and start.

It really is. Can’t wait for Tuesday 😊

Well done CobbleRunner - a lovely post 😊. Is that another view of your hill? Looks a lovely place to run. I ran my hill again today, just for the view - it was worth it, but hard to do two hill runs despite a rest day between. I shall look for something a little more level for my next one. Have a lovely day 😊🏃‍♀️

Thank you 😊 This is taken from the other side. I live right in the cut of the valley next to a river so the only way out is up 😂 I know what you mean about the hills and the views. Would one day love to run up onto the moors and take in the views from there but one step at a time!
