Enjoying reading all your posts. This morning ran wk 5 run 2 with the lovely olive ( Border terrier) and cannot believe that in just 4 weeks I am running for 8 minutes. Twice ! I am chuffed to bits.
Does anyone else find they kick in towards the last couple of minutes ?

Really well done. I know what you mean - none of us can believe it when we get to running 8 x2! Ridiculous - when that first minute 4 weeks ago was so hard! Well done - and everybody says (and they are right) that r3 is manageable too - and oh, what a feeling. I thought the first 5 mins went on forever, the next 5 were a struggle but after the first 10 I realised I was going to achieve it - and for the last 2 I speeded up. Good luck.
Often! I do sometimes worry that it means I haven't really been trying hard enough, but I genuinely think there's a little extra bit of adrenaline that kicks in when you know there isn't far to go. I even managed a kick for the last two minutes of w5r3, which amazed me! Of course all I'm really doing is trying to impress the lovely Laura Good luck with run 3, Steve
this program slowly but surely pulls you in and you embrace it and start to love it ,it is amazing what we can do , well done
