Well I ran in the rain on Tuesday and was fine - well my hair went a bit frizzy but that is the least of my problems! I didn’t overheat and there was virtually no one else around so I had the park to myself again. Only problem was wet glasses...

Running in the rain is great! Yes, you will cool down more quickly afterwards and (maybe during walking intervals) but other than that - go for it! Stepping out in to it is the hardest thing - once your out there, especially at this time of year, it's quite refreshing! 🙂

Rain definately divides opinion! I am a committed muddy trail and puddle-splasher myself! 🌧🏃🏽‍♀️🌧🙂

I love running in the rain- as long as my torso is dry- ish. 😄

I wear a very light breathable jacket ( it is actually a cycling jacket) & that keeps me warm enough, while the rest of me being wet stops me overheating. 😄

Unless it’s below about 6 degrees, you’re not going to get cold in the rain. Embrace it. It’s nice.
