Running with Ellie (c25k week 4)

β€’5 Replies

Eeeeeeeerryak where's the sun gone, it's nearly traditional Welsh Weather 🧐.

The eldest asked for company on her c25k journey, so Mrs Wife delivered to an NHS night shift, it's time to run in the rain πŸ‘πŸŒ§οΈ. I even dug out the running tights and a rain jacket, it's almost wintery πŸ₯Ά.

And it was just lovely, we ambled along at 6.45klm pace ohhh I remember those run walk sessions, it was relaxed dad n daughter running ( and one a bike).

And ahhhhhhh it's home to defrost and grab warm food πŸ™‚.
