11 days ago I wrote on here after ‘failing’ the third run on week 6. I know I really struggled with the third run week 5 but pressed on. Anyway, I returned to the beginning of week 5, and today should have been Run 2 week 6, but I felt quite good and comfortable, so 8 pressed on and completed 25 mins solid.
The feeling is brilliant. I am on a treadmill, I go at a steady pace.
So, if your struggling, the advice from Jo Wiley and myself, redo the runs until your ready to move on. It’s all about building stamina. 11 days ago, I wasn’t ready, now I felt I could carry on...😃
