What a difference a day makes!

Wimped out of running yesterday as it was too wet and windy for me. Glorious sunshine this morning so off I went on a beautiful route I haven't run in a while. Didn't really feel like getting out there but so glad I did. Left my phone at home and just aimed for 30 minutes going slow and steady. On this route there are some fabulous views and the autumn leaves looked stunning in the sunshine - have come home in a much better mood than when I set off!

I'm in good company then! Sometimes it's nice to just stay cosy indoors...

Am amazed there were any autumn leaves left on the trees after yesterday's winds!

I can cope with a rainy run but the wind was just too much yesterday. Glad I waited.

So glad you got out the door and enjoyed it. The weather up North was nice today too so I went for a nice walk to keep my legs loose and it felt great :)
