Hi, I’ve just returned to couch to 5k but have found it as an app rather than the previous podcasts. I enjoyed the music Laura provided with speeding up and slowing down at the right times, does anyone know if I can still get these podcasts? I don’t “do” music on my phone - it’s a phone - but fear I might have to end up downloading something from somewhere.
where have Laura’s podcasts gone?: Hi, I’ve just... - Couch to 5K
where have Laura’s podcasts gone?
I get this..nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/g...
Thanks, but I just keep going back to the app. The nhs webpage talks about “podcasts” but then the only options are the apps so I’m still not returning to the old system complete with inbuilt music. I am just missing something/not doing it correctly or is the page misleading talking about podcasts?
It's not you Pipi21 . Although the podcasts used to be on that page, they aren't now. No idea why. You can report the issue to the NHS website team here: nhs.uk/contact-us/contact-n...
CBDB has given you the Apple link.
If you're using Android, try the resource very kindly created by nowster some time ago : nowster.me.uk/c25k/podcasts...
Many thanks looks like you’ve solved it with the android link. I’ve also reported to the nhs website team. Now to just summon up the energy to run!
the old podcasts, that started it all should still all be available through the usual podcast players.
Here is the Apple podcast link: podcasts.apple.com/gb/podca...
I fear I don’t have an Android, so don’t know the link to those podcasts. But searching for couch should give you the podcast. I have attached the image so you can recognise you have the correct podcast.
Hope that helps!
Many thanks, yes I’m android so looked up google podcast but this is ending at end of June so tried YouTube music but couldn’t find anything relevant there. I’m hoping that Cmoi will have solved the problem.
Yes! That's how I used the program: I just searched for them in the podcast app I use... The app isn't even available to me since I run in Germany...
I also could not access the app, but I managed to find and download the podcasts here: ie.radio.net/podcast/nhs-co...
If you scroll down, you should be able to view/download each of them for free.
I feel exactly the same and would love to find the final 5 weeks (I only downloaded the first 5 weeks) of the podcast.
