Week 2, run 1

I just completed my first run of week 2 and it hit me so much harder than week 1, I could really feel the extra few seconds each run in my legs! Is this a normal experience? I completed all of the runs and lasted the full 90 seconds each time so I know I have the stamina for it, maybe it’s my weight that made it more difficult? I will be doing the second run of week 2 on Sunday

Maybe your legs were a little tired after the first week? It has also been quite warm - not sure what your weather was like last week?

Either way, maybe just ease up your pace a little - and keep believing you can do this...because you really can! 👍

Good luck with your next run - stay safe.🙂🌈
