Week 2 Run 1- I did it!
Well after completing week 1 on wednesday last week and finding the 3rd run a little harder than the 2 runs before it, I was nervous about starting week 2 and running for 30 seconds longer.
However, I did it this morning and it actually wasn't that bad! I slowed my pace riiiight down (i literally think my brisk walks were faster 😂🐌) and I completed the first run of week 2. Starting to feel like I might actually be able to do this after all!
