Week 1, run 1

Finally got around to starting the couch to 5K, just completed my first run of week 1, and it didn't go as bad as I imagined it would. Although my running was more like a gentle jog, the 60 seconds seemed to fly by. Looking forward to run 2 on Wednesday now!

Welcome to the forum.

A gentle jog, at this stage, is more efficient than running hard, at turning you into a runner.

Just keep doing what you are doing.
