Itโs never easy when you first start. I do believe it does get easier as you get fitter and your stamina increases. Just take it slowly and listen to your body. You know it the best. Make sure you take the rest days. I used to do Monday Wednesday and Friday and gave myself the weekend to recover. You can do this. ๐
