Completed run two. Lesson number one even though you read all the facts, for your own body leave a lot longer time from eating to running. I gave over 2.5 hours but this was still not enough. But I took my time. I am trying to make sure nothing gets in my way. But today again I ache and the bones in my feet hurt. On that front, any advice for my feet would be greatly appreciated.
