Week Two run two!

Oops, I forgot to post about w2r1 - I did it the day after w1r3 as otherwise my schedule wouldn’t have worked - now off for w2r2! I found the penultimate 90 secs hard as I ran up a hill, but want to challenge myself. Trying to post every time I run to remain accountable to keep this up!

Great job on the last one.

I don’t know what your schedule is, but two rest days is better than two running days in terms of finishing this plan to any schedule. Finishing it a few days after a target date is much better than being injured, missing months of the schedule and starting over.

Have a great run today.

I have been running one day on, one off, the two together won’t happen again! Just a tricky few days as we were moving house ☺️

Hi Kernow! Well done on getting through week 1 and running up a hill as well! You really need to take your rest days though to allow the bod to recover. Best to take an extra day or even 2 if you have to rather than none at all. Take it slow and all will be well! Enjoy week 2!
