I had Mr 2nd wk8 run in Thetford forest this morning. This time through the trees rather than the dirt tracks. Was beautiful but challenging as I'm clumsy at the best of times and always at risk of falling, but with tree roots, fallen branches etc I had the really focus on where I was going to land my feet. So not a fast run today at all.
As I'm home again now my w8r3 will be back to road running around where I live.
Will miss the beauty of the forest.

Sandi what a lovely place and fab picture - to have a run. I can’t imagine running through those trees as it would definitely distract me. Well done on concentrating and running safely. The finish line is very close indeed, you must be feeling excited. Happy running at home.
