I just completed this run and it was great. It helped thinking that when the app says run for 90 secs I imagine I need to run longer - let say for 5 minutes. This helps pacing my expectations and when the apps says - now slow down - I am not tired at all. The same works for if you have to go for 3 minutes, imagine you will be running for 8 minutes Hope this helps.
