Looked at my work diary and realised if I didn’t get out at 7.30 this morning then there was a danger I would talk myself out of going after a day of virtual meetings. So now feeling proud that I have my run in the bag. I added a little to my usual route which included a hill, well to be honest it was a slope! I have an aversion to hills. But I did it even if a bit tired afterwards. Feeling stronger. 🏃♀️ 🏃♀️

Week 7 Run 2 in the bag
Well done for seizing the moment and getting out there. I find an early morning run always sets me up for the day ahead. Also well done for the hill (slope/incline) or whatever you want to call it, because even gentle ones give legs and lungs a work out 🏋️♀️ 💪. At least for every uphill there’s a downhill on the other side 😃.

Still on the IC but improving, thank you 🙏🏼. I’m feeling optimistic enough to say I might try a gentle jog at the end of this week and see how it goes.....
In the meantime I’m doing lots of yoga and managing 5k walks with the dog. I might do today’s yoga in the garden so I can make as much use of this lovely weather as possible. 😊🧘🏼♀️🌳🌸☀️
I did it too... felt harder than run 1 of week 7 for some reason - heavy legs, but happy I completed, hopefully Weds run 3 will be easier
