I did it. Week 9 Run 3 DONE I cannot believe that I ran for 30 minutes and completed the C25k. It was the perfect morning for week 9 run 3. Beautiful sunshine and clear blue skies. It is an amazing feeling and this forum has been incredibly motivating. Thank you.
