So happy to have completed week 3 run 3. Considering first park run on Sunday for week 4 run 1, not sure if I should wait until week 9 is complete?

Well done, you could do a park run but stick to the running and walking on wk4 r1 good luck 😊

No - many people (including myself) incorporated their C25K days into a parkrun. Just do exactly what you would do by yourself - including warmups and cooldowns :) Start right at the back of the crowd. parkrun is much much more than running 5K as fast as you can go.

Congratulations Cath47 on completing week 3 of C25K, most people wait until they have completed week 5 before they consider running in a parkrun but if you do run the first run of week 4 in a parkrun which involves a lot of interval runs and walks you may do so, take all the runs slowly. 😊
