Back after a break

I took 5 days out (work related) and was dreading going back this morning for W3 R2. However whilst for first 90 second run was hard, the rest was ok. Feeling great that I went back!

That's great. I'm on w2 r2. Surprisingly I found it less hard then w1. And I've never ran before. Feeling it in my shins though. Either that or I'm getting old ☺.

Well done.

Don't ever dread any run, that is counterproductive.

Excellent job... when I take a few days out my pacing tends to go a little off and that first bit can be a bit tough until I get into my happy pace, so I can relate to that first 90 seconds there. Well done for getting through it and carrying on to victory.
