Have had to have a couple of months break due to life demands. I got to week 7 before I stopped- should I go back to the beginning?

Starting back After a break?
Well, it’s difficult to judge. You need to assess how you feel your fitness is.
I am enjoying redoing the program from the beginning. Why not give W1 a go. If it’s easy go to the next week?
Hi did you go right back to the week 1 when you started?

Yes, I’m not in any hurry. Quite enjoyed going back to W1. Feeling a bit more challenged in W4.
Thanks for that - I was really loving the programme and was proud of how I was progressing. I tried a couple of weeks ago and thought i would repeat wk 5 but really struggled so has knocked my confidence. I am also my worst enemy as I set myself too high expctations - I think your advice to take my time and start at beginning again is a good one. Thankyou

We can be kind to ourselves as well as exercise 🙂

If you find week 1 too easy, you could always just complete one run and move up.
But I think you're right to start at the beginning and see how you feel
