So regarding week 1, where did people take there break days? How did you keep motivated between break days and running again.

Motivation won’t be an issue Kelwy, I’m sure! So long as you have at least one day between runs it doesn’t matter where you take them. Depending on your circumstances you might even want to take 2 days between runs. How long, or not, you take to get through the plan is entirely up to you. Good luck!

Hi, just finished week 1 myself! On my rest days I found myself walking or just dancing around the house! I believe there is also a podcast dedicated to strength training that can be done alongside C25K! There should be more information in one of the pinned posts
