I’m onto the infamous week 5 and earlier this week I completed run 1 and I did run 2 on my lunch break today. Both runs went okay, my legs weren’t as heavy as they were during week 4 because I’ve been making a concerted effort to drink more water on my rest days which seems to have helped.
Still feeling a little apprehensive about run 3 and the non-stop 20 minutes of running, but I keep reminding myself that I did C25K back in 2020 so I can do it again now! Trust the process etc etc.
Fingers crossed for a sunny blue sky day to wrap up week 5 later this week (it was really grey and drizzly here in London today).
Happy running all 🏃🏃♀️🏃♂️

Fantastic, well done Laura - I'm sure the water is helping but the work you've done in the previous weeks has also prepared you for these runs. I found week 5 easier than week 4!
As for the 20 minutes, remember to go steady, dont push yourself to go too fast, and you'll smash it.
Thanks for the support and encouragement StoneDragon, it’s appreciated! 🫡 I agree, I definitely struggled with week 4 a lot more than week 5 so far weirdly. Will report back on how the third run of the week goes 🦌🤞🏼
