Well, this was a tough one, worst so far. I've had a sore hip for a few days and even a 2 day break hasn't shifted it. I didn't want to leave it another day so I gave it a go. The dull ache followed me around the park and I struggled but I completed, albeit at a crawling pace.
I'm glad I did it but I'm not feeling the usual elation. I hope the next one is easier 🤨

Hi, congratulations on going out and completing the run anyway. I am getting back into running, and just wanted to say that I find stretching after a run or on a rest day really helps me - there are lots of free 'yoga for runners' routines on YouTube - many only take 10 minutes, but they have helped my ankles/knees/hips in the past!
