Good morning fellow runners hope you are all ok. Had a little break due to Birthday celebrations and a couple of days away didn't feel confident enough to run in a strange place . The run was tough but I did it can't believe I have come this far not fast thats for the future . Thank you all for great advice and motivation good luck to you all π

Hello. π. I like running in new places, gives me a boost You can do a bit of a recce beforehand using google map etc or,checkout runs in the area on map my run etc, to,give you an overview. I went to Holland last year but the traffic scared the hell outta me the cyclists too were kamikaze, reading the paper and drinking coffee π
