I’ve always hated running. Absolutely hated it. But since this lockdown has happened, I thought it would be a great time to take up someThing new. I’ve changed my diet, I have 4K to lose and in between home works I’m doing couch to 5k. First week is done and I’m feeling chuffed

Well done you! I used to be the same - running definitely wasn’t for me. So glad I started though and during these strange times it has allowed me physical and mental time out. Keep going - you can do it!
