First week done!

Just completed W1R3 and I can’t believe it! It actually feels like it’s getting a little easier. I’ve always said ‘I’m not built for running’ but perhaps I was wrong. Thanks for all the support and advice on here. I’m excited to start week 2 on Monday 😃

I think a lot of us think we can't run before we try it. But with c25k and a brilliant forum your attitude will totally change. Good luck and well done 😊😊

Thanks so much ☺️

That's sounds very similar to me...

"I don't do running!" I said last spring at the start of c25k and then almost made it to graduation in June - two runs to go when I landed on the injury couch with my foot. Now running again, I am so glad and never thought that I would ever be bitten by the running bug. Good luck and enjoy 😊🏃‍♀️.

Thank you, hope your foot is much better now! Me neither, but I can see myself getting hooked on this 😃👍🏻

Congratulations. It will get easier physically (possibly harder mentally). And of course you're built for running - humans are built for running!
