First Week Done !

Never saw me looking forward to putting on a pair of trainers .... but have just completed W1R3 and feeling pretty proud ! Not really run since school ... and that was a few decades ago (god that makes me feel old!) .. but am looking forward to W2R1 !

Thanks for the encouragement I’ve received on posting about my other 2 runs, I really gives me encouragement.

Time for that banana and glass of water ... and oh yeah the stack of ironing waiting for me ...

Just finished wk 1 last week but repeating it as I want a good stamina base before going on. Well done for completing wk1 it’s a good feeling isn’t it? Keep going! 👍😊

It feels fantastic ! I’m getting up at 5.30am to do the run ... come back feeling refreshed and sense of achievement... and in awe of nature as at that time, doing this exercise, I get to take in the world ...

That makes sense about repeating a week ... I might consider that as haven’t exercised in years !

Well done on Week 1 too ! 👏

Thank you that’s kind. I agree about seeing, smelling, sensing more when you jog in solitude. It’s one of the things that helps me get out there! Keep going into wk 1 or 2! 😎😃

Well done! Your sense of achievement will only increase as you go through the programme. You can use it however you like, repeat runs if you need to but honestly, trust the programme, if you got through without too much trouble you’re ready for the next challenge! Enjoy 😊🏃🏼‍♀️🏃‍♂️

The encouragement from you and all on this site really gives motivation.

It’s 9.30, am feeling good, sat in the garden with a cup of coffee, listening to the wildlife ... with a proud glow
