It wasn’t exactly the run I’d dreamed of to graduate on - the forecast went from 63 and sunny last I checked to gray with a chance of rain this morning... but the rain wasn’t coming until I’d be back from my run, so I went anyway! The first bit was very challenging as the wind was going against me, but for once at least the stopwalks worked in my favor - sometimes I swear I spend more than a full minute waiting for the walk sign, but today I only waited a few seconds at each one! Unfortunately, my GPS on my Fitbit had trouble connecting so i don’t have all the metrics I’m used to or my map of my run, but still happy to say I’ve done it! Still not easy, but that’s what consolidation is for 😁
A little while ago, I was on here moaning and groaning about how hard week 4 was (I did 3 “practice runs” before successfully completing a single week 4 run). To those of you struggling: keep pushing and slow down! You CAN do it!
Consolidation club, here I come! (Gotta get my graduation badge too 🥰)
