Went out for run earlier and was supposed to be a short one - saving myself for a parkrun tomorrow. Anyway despite the wind and the rain pricking my face got into a nice pace. I remebered posting on here earlier that when you run feels good you have to the most of it. I changed my route a bit and combined it with road and hills. Not a fast one by any means!! But I did it 10k!! ! So happy! think I will do the parkrun next week and have a lovely glass of wine tonight and looking forward to a lie in. Thanks everybody, your inspiration is my motivation!!! x
