Week 1: 2nd Run

I have decided to post after most runs so when I'm feeling like I can't do it, or I want to quit I can read and see how far I've come.

This run I managed to keep up with what the programme was saying. I've also found the best path which means I can start and end roughly at my house.

I got up early-ish, and started. On my run I saw lots of beautiful things, and it was pretty peaceful. The best thing though, was that I saw a butterfly and it motivated me to carry on! I don't know if you can see it. It looks brown there but when it opened its wings it was purple.

That’s just what I did, I graduated on 20th March, starting at 63, having not run since school shows the program works! Now doing consolidation runs, so, in about 8 weeks you will join me!! Well done for getting out there!

Well done Kat7643.

I only started c25k on 30 Dec 2019, and graduated on 28 Feb 2020.

At first I found it quite tough and could not wait for the walking breaks.

At a certain stage though something odd happens and I felt like it’s easier to keep on running with no walking breaks. I didn’t do anything special, just followed the programme and use some determination now and then.

You’ll experience the same too, even though you might think it’s crazy now.

Happy running 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️👍

Ps - lovely photo.
