So I went on W3R1 today, I kept it really slow, concentrating on my breathing technique and I completed the run successfully, the inner child in me made me jump up and punched in the air when I completed the run, I did have to look around to see if anybody was looking lol, so looking forward to my next run which will be on Sunday, why didn't I join this sooner!!!

Well done you!! I've just completed WK3 and I continually find myself replying to Mr Smooth, aka Michael Johnson!!
I too say it out loud but now I don't mind if people hear!! I also sing along to my tunes as I'm running so I think I'm well past the 'do I care what people think of me?' stage!! Most of the other runners that I encounter just smile or say morning, so I think they've all done pretty much the same thing!!
Lol this reminds me of when I completed r3 of week 9 a couple of years back ,I was running along a path in some fields near me ,and somebody had left a tyre on path ,0just as Laura said that's it I jumped over tyre and punched the air 😀congratulations and well done
I'm on week 3 now and it's definitely my favourite week so far! I find it much easier than week 2. Got my final run tomorrow and then I can't wait to see what week 4 holds. Good luck!
Thank you, good luck for week 4, I'm actually looking forward to my runs now and I never in a million years would have thought I would say that, but just goes to show with the right program, and lovely people to motivate you there is no stopping us
Good luck for you final WK3 run 👍🏼 WK3 has definitely been my favourite week. I'm due to start WK4 tomorrow so let's hope that I feel the same kind of love for WK4 as I do for WK3!!
