First posting, week 6 2nd run

I've been reading lots of the posts on here since I joined the forum a couple of weeks ago and have loved how encouraging everyone is. So I thought I would say where I'm up to with c25k. I had a go at running independently before finding out about c25k and was hurting my knees each time I ran. (I now know I was probably trying to do to much and not doing a warm up). So I was researching on the computer what I could do to avoid the pain. And that's when I found c25k! I've not had any pain - anywhere, since doing c25k. I'm so chuffed with how well it's all going and especially with week 5 run 3. I have found that I am best running at the end of the day when it is cooler. Tonight will be week 6 the 2nd run.

And welcome from me too. Looks like you're in a good place and well on your way to complete and graduate.

I like the way you said you're chuffed - that's great. I'm still chuffed at myself too :)

Good luck with the rest.
