Funny Garmin

When we arrived at the beach i paused my garmin but must have pressed too hard and it stopped, saved and so i started it again but in the sunlight must have pressed the wrong button so as i ran along a sandy bit it recorded a breathing exercise

More stopping and starting and we headed for home, it’s beautiful out there and for the first time this year felt really warm

It was frosty outside my house this morning, but by the time I’d finished my run it was lovely and warm.

Hi Ali , we are both well thanks, we don’t usually walk that much on rest day but strange times so we decided if we aren’t using the car we are going to have to walk to the sea, I have swum in April in the past but not yet. Hope you and yours are well too
