Well, it was more of a lollop, it probably wasn’t pretty, but I did it!

I know my biggest challenge will be keeping it up. Hopefully the reminders on the app will help.

Well done! My first time too. Was more of a stagger than a lollop....

Welcome and great job getting started. On my first run I really felt it was going to kill me, or at least end with blue flashing lights and oxygen 🤣. It gets better.

Come talk to us lots... we are here for you. You can do this... enjoy your journey

Well done, my first run today too. At times my 9 year old was speed walking faster than me, but I did it. Well done us x

The way you say ‘Run’ sounds as if you doubt it was a run. If you followed the first session of 8 x 1 minute run, that’s the job ✅ done.

Don’t try to overdo it.

You are doing it great, follow the program, don’t alter, and mainly, be happy with each running.

I was in just the same position 9 weeks ago and I found that once I had a few runs done that I wanted to stick to the programme and wanted to tick off the runs on the app. I can run for the first time in my life and it feels a huge sense of achievement - I honestly cannot believe that I can comfortably run 30 minutes now - it’s so so worth it!
