Was a bit nervous about starting (looking like a fool etc...), but really enjoyed it! I hope I can keep going :)

Well done for getting out! Keep at it, I was where you are last year and now I'm a running convert, I love it. Keep at it and believe in yourself. The programme works.

Hello Newbie=jj and well done!

I know, I felt a bit of a twit when I first started. I don't know why we worry about what anyone else thinks about us! Mad, isn't it? But now (I've just finished wk8) I really don't care. I've really achieved something that I didn't think I could at 54 years old and you will too! Go get 'em!
