Just about to embark on week 5 after repeating week 4 twice. Loving the sunshine but having to vary my route according to who is around. There are more people than usual out walking/running in the open spaces here, so I'm hitting hills at inconvenient points, then finding myself out of puff!
I'm also taking advantage of some of the free online classes on alternate days which is keeping me motivated. This program is proving a godsend mentally as well as physically in these strange times.
Hope everyone else is staying well and fitting in the runs.
